Hydraulic drilling rig is designed for driving workings and tunnels with a cross section of up to 40 m2. The running gear is driven by a reliable Deutz diesel engine. The drilling rig is equipped with a hydraulic oil station operating during drilling and positioning from an electric motor. A robust boom with a feeder equipped with a hammer drill has an optimal coverage area and high productivity.
The machine is designed for drilling blast holes in underground mining and auxiliary holes (ventilation, backfill for laying cables, pipelines, etc.) with a diameter of 85, 105, 110, 130, 160 mm in rocks with a hardness factor f = 6... 20 on M.M. Protodyakonov with DTH hammers powered by compressed air of both low pressure 0.4 ÷ 0.63 MPa (4.0 ÷ 6.3 kgf / cm2) and high pressure - 1.5 ÷ 2.5 MPa (15 ÷ 25 kgf /cm2).
DRILL RIG ADVANTAGES
MOBILE DRILLING RIG
This type of machine is designed for speed, reliability, high performance, energy saving and long life. There is a three-wheel drive with Italian traction system to move between the stages.
It includes a 360 degree rotating slide, boom extension system and slide slide system. This machine has two engines, electric and diesel engines. Drilling and execution operation can be done on both motors.
Powder Control Injector or SU Pump as optional features.
Surface vertical drilling machine
DTH hammers and drill bits are designed for percussive-rotary drilling in rocks and ores with hardness factor f=6...20 according to Professor Protodyakonov's scale (GOST 21153.1-76) and can be used for both open and closed drilling (underground) method on machines: Rock, DM, DML, Techmo, Titon, D-KS, equipped with high pressure compressor units (14...30 bar).
The pneumatic hammer is a submersible pneumatic mechanism that converts the energy of compressed air into impact energy. Thanks to the use of high pressure compressed air, drilling performance and tool life are increased by 3-5 times compared to low pressure drilling tools.
Pneumatic submersible low pressure hammers complete with drill bits or reamers are designed for percussive-rotary drilling of wells for various purposes with a diameter of 85 to 360 mm in rocks and ores with a hardness factor f = 6 ... 20 according to Professor Proto dyakonov's scale (GOST 21153.1-76 ) and can be used for drilling operations both open and closed (underground) on machines such as NKR-100, BP-100, SBU, URB-2A2 and other machines at a compressed air pressure of 0.5 ... 0.7 MPa.
Compressed air is supplied to the machines from mobile or stationary compressors.
The pneumatic hammer is the working body of the drilling machine. It is a pneumatic impact mechanism with a valved or valve less air distribution system, which converts the energy of compressed air into impact energy and transfers it to the drill bit, which directly affects the rock to be drilled.
Drilling bits and reamers are designed for drilling operations on foreign-made rotary percussion drilling rigs such as Solo, Simba, Pantera, Ranger, Roc, Junjin with a surface hydro perforator that provides a high speed of well penetration.
The applied layout of the drilling string allows drilling wells with a diameter of 28 to 200 mm, a depth of up to 40 m, for various purposes, primarily blasting, in open pits and underground mines, in rocks of various strengths.
